This is a volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of seniors. They provide information and referral support for seniors services such as meal preparation and delivery, home care, transportation, accommodation, care planning and counselling.

The Esquimalt MFRC Navigator will provide assistance developing a care plan for your ederly parent and finding local resources. Many of the resources for seniors are often run by private companies such as meal preparation and delivery, transportation services and counselling. Your local Navigator Coordinator can refer you to these services.
