The Youth Empowerment & Transition Program offers individuals with all disabilities ages 16 to 25 years old the chance to participate in a variety of activities which focus on empowerment and transition towards adulthood. The program is delivered through and social skills workshops, physical activities, and social outings.

APPLE is a non-profit organization run by and for people who have experienced mental health challenges. As Ottawa's oldest consumer-survivor initiative, APPLE strives to enhance the quality of life for members by offering mutual support and affordable recreational and cultural activities. They strive to offer a warm and safe atmosphere for members, all of whom have emotional or psychiatric challenges.
APPLE works to prevent hospitalization through encouraging membership participation, including volunteer work and employment within the organization. Their website has a current listing of leisure activities offered within the centre.
