The East Central Health regional mental health program provides voluntary clinical community based mental health services to persons of all ages with a clearly definable mental illness, and who are experiencing moderate to severe dysfunction. Treatment services from the various programs are provided free of charge. The teams providing services to children, adults and the senior population set up the mental health program.
