The BC Partners for Mental Health and Addictions Information has launched The Primer: Fact Sheets on Mental Health and Addictions Issues. These 42 fact sheets introduce the public to various mental health and related social issues, and include a series of articles on accessing help. The primer is the first product of the mental health and addictions information plan, a permanent communications infrastructure designed to improve mental health literacy.
