Pathways for Children and Youth in Kingston has a Intensive Early Intervention program that focuses on the child by considering strengths, needs, likes and dislikes, and developmental level to build new skills. The program increases the child’s positive behaviours, social interactions, and communication skills.

This program helps families who are caring for a child with a developmental or physical disability, as well as adults with a developmental disability.
It helps families pay for special services in the home or outside the family home as long as the child is not receiving support from a residential program.
