The role of Community Visions & Networking is to support individuals who are disabled, deaf, hard of hearing or have a communication difficulty.  The Supports can vary such as
- Employment Assistance
- Recreational programs
- Financial Assistance
- Educational resources
- In-home and community networks
The services are provided by support coordinators and support workers.  They support individuals by assisting with facilitating, outlining, and implementing individual plans.

The South East Community Care Access Centre is the local point of access to community-based health care services. The Centre is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. It was created to coordinate a variety of health services to assist in maintaining an individual’s health, independence and quality of life.
