Cancer Patient Navigators work with those of all ages with cancer and their families guide their way through the cancer care system.  They also work closely with the Patient Navigation Community Liaison to improve access to cancer services. CPN's work with family physicians, community-based specialists, oncologists and other cancer health professionals to coordinate services for the patient.
