The Home Care Program assists individuals to make improvements and maintain their health, independence and quality of life. Services are provided in the home and in a variety of other community living settings.
Health care services may include professional nursing care, physical and occupational rehabilitation therapy, wellness and prevention services, respite, personal care supports, equipment and supplies,and self/guardian managed care.
