CAH operates two important divisions: one offering affordable housing in a 135 unit apartment complex, the other offering a wide-range of community support programs to Toronto residents of all cultural, geographic and religious backgrounds.

The CCAC is an organization that is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care that manages local care.  The CCAC connects individuals to home care, long-term care destinations, and other services in your community.
