This program is known by many as the "hospital without walls" provides comprehensive home health care services to New Brunswickers in their homes in their communities. The program also provides palliative services to support quality of life for individuals with progressive life threatening illnesses.

This service is provided through the New Brunswick Government , Department of Social Development. Long Term Care: Assists people who are 65 and older, and adults 19-64 who are disabled, to remain at home and in their community. Provides relief care, homemaking, meals on wheels, friendly visiting, counseling services, adult day care centre and assessments for placement.
