The North West Community Care Access Centre is the local point of access to community-based health care services. The Centre is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. It was created to coordinate a variety of health services to assist in maintaining an individual’s health, independence and quality of life.

Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential telephone service you can call to get health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse. You don’t need to provide your health insurance number and all information is confidential.

The Alzheimer Society offers a variety of support programs for individuals with Alzheimer’s or related Dementia and their families. They provide educational workshops, a safely home registration program, toll-free 24 hour information and referral line, a library of resources and much more.
