The Learning Disabilities Association of Manitoba is a non-profit agencies that offers a variety of programs and services for persons with learning disabilties and ADHD of all ages.  Some of the services include information and referral, Destination Employment, courses such as ADHD Basics, Learning Disabilities Basics, Parenting a Child with ADD / HD, and an extensive specialized library.  The Provincial office is in Winnipeg but there is also regional offices in Brandon and Port La Prairie.

The Employment and Education Assistance Program provides assistance to CF member spouses, and youth of CF members in meeting their educational and employment goals. The following areas can be addressed to assist individuals in developing their educational and  employment goals as well as facilitating entry or re-entry into the work force:

•  Job search strategy support and information on the local job market
•  Resume development support
•  Interview preparation
•  Access to employment- and education-related resource library and alternate resources
•  Annual Employment and Education Fair
•  Access and referrals to local service providers
•  Advocacy
•  Access to a job board advertising local opportunities
