Integrated Services for Northern Children (ISNC) is a district service delivery program sponsored by the Ministries of Education, Community & Social Services, and Children and Youth Services.
ISNC’s speech-language pathologists, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist provide an integrated network of quality health, special education, and mental health services to children and their families in rural and remote communities. ISNC services are available to any person under 21 years of age who has special needs and requires assistance in any area of their life including physical, emotional, family, and educational needs.

The Ontario Ministry of Education Special education programs and services mainly consist of instruction and assessments that are different from those provided to the typical student population.
