Community Living Quinte West offers variety of services and supports to individuals with a developmentally challenge and their families. These include residential supports, supported independent living options, employment skills training, educational and leisure programs. They also offer Transitional Aged Youth program to help prepare young adults for entry into the community.

Counselling Services of Belleville and District - Autism Intervention Program
The program offers: assessments, referrals to other agencies, Individual Service Plans, Case Management, Intensive Behaviour Intervention, planning for transitions to child care centres and/or school and linkages with other community agencies.
The program provides teaching in social, play, thinking, language and self-help skills for children with autism. The program uses applied behavioural analysis techniques.

The Member Assistance Program (MAP) is a voluntary and confidential service for Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members. MAP provides a short-term problem solving service for persons who have parenting or family concerns, interpersonal relations, personal and emotional, stress, anxiety, sexual assault and addiction concerns.

The Parent-Child & Youth Clinic is part of the Quinte Health Care Belleville General Mental Health Services. They serve children and youth (0-15 years) with acute behavioural, emotional, social, developmental or family problems. The clinic provides specialized services to children and youth with autism/pervasive developmental disorder, attention deficit and disruptive behaviour disorders, oppositional/defiant disorder, conduct disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and dual diagnosis - medical/psychiatric.
There is a bilingual nurse to assist francophone families.

Special Needs Program - Ministry of Children and Youth Services
The Ontario government provides and funds many special programs and services to help these children and their families. The programs and services include respite care, autism services, developmental delay services, disability services, mental health services, rehabilitiation and special services at home.
