The Member Assistance Program (MAP) is a voluntary and confidential service for Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members. MAP provides a short-term problem solving service for persons who have parenting or family concerns, interpersonal relations, personal and emotional, stress, anxiety, sexual assault and addiction concerns.

Child and Youth Mental is a service offered in British Columbia through the Ministry of Children and Family Development.  Child and Youth Mental Health Provide a assessment and a wide range of community-based specialized mental health services.  Some of the mental disorders that treated include;  anxiety disorder, conduct disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, any depressive disorder, substance abuse, pervasive developmental disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, Tourette's disorder, bipolor disorder and any eating disorder.  Go to the following link to find the Child and Youth Office in your community.
