Family Service Saskatoon is a non-profit organization, formerly Saskatoon Family Service Bureau. Family Service Saskatoon provides comprehensive counseling to address difficulties in the home, community, and workplace for children, couples, families, and groups.

The Member Assistance Program is a voluntary and confidential service, initiated by the Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members who have personal concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance.

Central Saskatchewan MFRC Short-term Intervention and Crisis Support

Families will have access to immediate and appropriate support and intervention in times of crisis. The short-term intervention service will provide follow-up and ongoing support and assistance to families.
The CSMFRC Inc. works with other community agencies to offer:
  • Offer or arrange prompt intervention assistance to individuals in crisis.
  • Facilitate referral to appropriate agencies/organizations.
    Provide follow-up and ongoing support as required.
  •  Where applicable, and appropriate, participate on the Detachment Critical Incident Stress Team.
