The Member Assistance Program is a voluntary and confidential service, initiated by the Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members who have personal concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance.

The Gagetown MFRC offers free short-term confidential prevention, intervention and consultation services to CF members and their families. This program is designed to enhance the families social functioning and emotional well-being as well as directly support those who have been affected by an individual or community crisis. To access these services contact our reception 422-2000 ext: 3352. To ensure confidentiality appointments are only arranged over the phone or in person.
