Part of Québec government’s as set a policy in place to make childcare services available to children with disabilites. Integrating children with disabilities in a childcare setting is to include them in society. The Government of Québec provides subsidies to help the integration of children with special needs such as:
• Subsidies for the integration of a child with special needs within the childcare which entails:
o subsidies for childres 59 months or younger,
o subsidies for school aged children with special needs;
• the transitory measure for the integration of 5 years old children with special needs
