Here you can find out respite care options in your community, funding options and information about services for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Special Services at Home is a provincially funded program by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. This program provides financial assistance to help families hire an independent worker to provide support to a relative who is living at home with an intellectual disability. Community Living can help families through the application and renewal process, and assist the family in advocating for services. They also keep a registry of resumes of persons who are seeking to become a Special Services at home support worker which you may access.
