Integrated Personnel Support Centre (IPSC): provides a “One Stop Service” for ill and injured CF personnel, both Regular Force and Reserve Force. We cater to both referral and walk-in clients, to long-term injured personnel and to members planning for retirement due to their medical condition. We respond to queries from family members regarding support services and programs for ill and injured personnel, and provide referrals as appropriate. Call or drop-in to Building 309, Pleasantville 2nd floor.

The Member Assistance Program is a voluntary and confidential service, initiated by the Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members who have personal concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance.

Veterans Affairs offers CF Veterans and their families make a transistion to civilian life through the following services:  case-management, individual and family counselling, rehabilitation, group health insurance, and other family supports.

OSISS offers information and support for military members and veterans with an operationial stress injury.  As well as information and support for family members.  For military members OSISS offers the Peer Support Network and for families OSISS offers the Family Support Network.

Eastern Health’s Mental Health Program is offered at Waterford Hospital. The Waterford Hospital provides a variety of out-patient and community based services to those who are dealing with mental health challenges. Mostly acute care is offered at this facility.
