This service is provided through the New Brunswick Government , Department of Social Development. Long Term Care: Assists people who are 65 and older, and adults 19-64 who are disabled, to remain at home and in their community. Provides relief care, homemaking, meals on wheels, friendly visiting, counseling services, adult day care centre and assessments for placement.
