CCAS provides single point access to Home Supports Services, Community Support Services, and information on Long Term Care options if it is difficult for you to live independently at home. A care coordinator is assigned to each family who will inform you or specialized services which are accessible to the home and the community.
CCAC can also provide information about long-term care options once it has become too difficult to live independently at home.

A 12-bedroom bungalow located on the campus of the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre. Planned and designed to create a safe, homelike and supportive environment for individuals in the early to mid-stage of dementia. The Guest House provides short and emergency respite stays.
