The Alzheimer Society offers a variety of support programs for individuals with Alzheimer’s or related Dementia and their families. They provide educational workshops, toll-free 24 hour information and referral line, a library of resources and much more. They also offer a safely home registry program, which assists police in finding a lost person and returning them to their home.

The Alzheimer’s Association is a not for profit American association which offers a variety of services and support for those living with Alzheimer’s and their families. Although this is an American Association, you can access a variety of national resources and information on their website on Alzheimer’s and related Dementia.
