Wainwright Military Family Resource Centre
The Wainwright MFRC is located in a small community with approximately 5400 residents in town, (CF members included) and surrounding areas plus another 500 or so CF members and their families living on the base.
Our MFRC is not very big and so it does not offer specific special needs services or respite at this time. We would be more than happy to advocate and help find services for families that required extra support and any other needs they may have. We strive to include everyone in our programs. We are wheelchair accessible and have a peanut/nut-free environment in our Daycare, Playmates program and Tumble Time program. We are open to suggestions on how to better our programs that would include everyone. Families can contact me with any questions they may have and I will do my best to provide answers.
