Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region

The MFRC of the National Capital Region have programs designed to meet the needs of military families and to give them opportunities to enhance their quality of life.  Services include short-term counselling and crisis intervention, information and referral, support programs, educational programs, child care, respite care and emergency child care.
